1. Where's my order?

You can track your order for regular updates on where it's up to. When it’s ready to leave our warehouse you’ll get an email to let you know.

Only just ordered? You can check your order status in My Account.

Don’t forget that our couriers work ‘til 9pm so your order could arrive in the evening.

If you're not in when the courier tries to deliver don't panic! They'll leave a calling card with further instructions.

Some of our couriers will drop you a text to let you know when your order's on its way. You can update your phone number for future orders in My Account.

2. How do I return something?

Returns are free and easy!

Step 1: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark which you would like to return using the reason codes provided. Lost your returns note, print a new one.

Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetics, perfume where the cellophane packaging has been removed or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Step 3: Use one of our free trackable returns labels to the right of your delivery note. Or, to arrange your own return, visit – If using your own returns method, it's payable by you so we won't reimburse the cost but we may deduct from your refund if we've incurred a returns fee from your carrier. You can print the returns address if you've lost your delivery note.

Oh, and don't forget to keep proof of postage or tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to Missguided. We’ll email you as soon as we have processed your return, refunds take 2-5 days to reach your account.

3. When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed at our Warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

If you haven't heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back to us, get in touch below with your proof of return.
